Refund Policy

1. Free Plan

The Free plan has no charge. No payment is ever collected, so no refund is applicable.

2. Pro Plan — 7-Day Refund Window

If you subscribe to the Pro plan and are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your initial subscription charge.

To request a refund, email us at justonia2@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account. Include "Refund Request" in the subject line. We will process your refund promptly.

3. After the 7-Day Window

Refunds are not available for charges older than 7 days. This includes:

• Subscription renewals (monthly charges after the first payment)
• Partial-month usage
• Charges where the refund request is submitted more than 7 days after the charge date

If you no longer wish to be charged, please cancel your subscription from your Account page. Cancellation stops future charges; your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period.

4. Technical Issues

If you are experiencing a technical problem that is preventing you from using the Service, please contact our support team before requesting a refund. We want the opportunity to resolve the issue for you. Technical issues do not automatically extend the 7-day refund window, but we handle these cases with discretion.

5. Refund Processing

• Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method (credit or debit card) on file with Stripe
• Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the credit to appear on your statement

6. Fraudulent or Abusive Refund Requests

We reserve the right to decline refund requests from accounts that have violated our Terms of Service, including accounts that were created with the intention of abusing the refund policy.
